"I just wanted to write a quick thank you to everyone at 343 Fund and Ambio for the opportunity to attend. Previously, I had been stuck in a pretty rough place battling depression/anxiety with an unhealthy relationship with alcohol. It’s been a few weeks now and I absolutely have a new perspective on things that I asked for. I’m certainly more patient, not letting anxiety morph into rage, and have a certain level of calm/peace I haven’t had in many years. So far, I’m still sleeping great, eating better with some more physical activities, still coffee free, and strangely enough, stopped biting my nails into oblivion. My desire and motivation to drink alcohol has dissolved greatly. Thank you all again for everything."
