We provide safe, affordable access to high-quality psychedelic-assisted treatment programs, with comprehensive pre- and post-journey support for career first responders.

Our continuum of care includes full preparation before your journey and structured integration afterward—ensuring you have the guidance, tools, and support needed every step of the way. This includes individualized coaching, breathwork, meditation, and ongoing community support.

Participants receive long-term access to our integration program, including pre- and post-journey community calls, one-on-one coaching, personalized breathwork sessions, and the opportunity to attend a dedicated first responder cohort through a trusted partner at a discounted rate.

Please note: the 343 Fund DOES NOT cover the cost of psychedelic retreats.

INTEGRATION PROGRAM OPTIONS

Self-Pay Model
– $2,000 for a 12-month integration program
– Includes a combination of 12 individual coaching and breathwork sessions
– Unlimited access to weekly community calls
– Priority scheduling

Needs-Based Grants
– Limited financial assistance may be available
– Awards are determined by the 343 Fund Approval Committee based on demonstrated need

Program Application Form

ALL applicants must complete an application and intake with the service provider (Ex: Ambio Life Sciences) before submitting this application to ensure medical clearance. This step is a required first step to move forward for consideration. You must also have informed your spouse and/or loved one prior to submitting our application as they will be notified upon submission.

We Connect With You

Once we receive your application, our team will respond within 7–10 days. One of our team members will reach out via text or email to schedule a call to learn more about your needs and determine whether our program is the right fit.

Because support is an essential part of this process, each applicant must identify a family member or close confidante who can walk alongside them throughout the journey. A member of the 343 team will reach out to that support person directly to discuss the process.

Our Approval Committee will then review your application in its entirety and you will be contacted via email with a decision regarding your status for the program.

Preparing For Treatment

During this time, our team will work closely with you to help you prepare. The following protocol is highly recommended:

• Two Coaching Sessions prior to treatment
• Two Private Breathwork Sessions prior to treatment
• Six Group Integration Community Calls prior to treatment
• One Pre-journey Integration Call with your journey group

Post Treatment Support

We’re here to support your post-treatment integration, providing you with continued coaching, breathwork, community integration calls, and information. If further support is required our team will evaluate and support that process.

Suggested post-journey protocol:

  • 8 Individual Coaching Sessions
  • Additional Private Breathwork Sessions if desired
  • Twelve Post Journey Group Community Integration Calls within 6 Months
  • One Post-journey Integration Call with your journey group
