We provide safe, affordable access to high-quality psychedelic-assisted treatment programs with extensive pre & post journey support for career first responders.

Our container of support includes full pre-journey preparation and post-journey integration, ensuring you have the structure, guidance, and support you need every step of the way—through coaching, breathwork, meditation, and community support.

Our program provides first responders with grants for psychedelic integration including, pre & post journey support, coaching for a full year, one on one breathwork instruction, a discounted price & spot in an all first responder 343 group at a trusted service provider. *WE DO NOT PAY FOR PSYCHEDELIC JOURNEYS*

Grant Application Form

ALL applicants must complete an application and intake with the service provider (Ex: Ambio Life Sciences) before submitting this application to ensure medical clearance. This step is a required first step to move forward for consideration. You must also have informed your spouse and/or loved one prior to submitting our application as they will be notified upon submission.

We Connect With You

Once we receive your application, our team will respond within 7–10 days. Expect a call! One of our team members will reach out to learn more about your needs and determine whether our program is the right fit.

Because support is an essential part of this process, each applicant must identify a family member or close friend who can walk alongside them throughout the journey. A member of the 343 team will reach out to that support person directly to discuss the process.

Our team will then review your application in its entirety and you will be contacted via email with a decision regarding your status for the program.

Once your application has been approved, you will then receive an email with next steps on your personal integration program.

Preparing For Treatment

During this time, our team will work closely with you to help you prepare. To meet grant requirements, you must complete the following:

• Four Coaching Sessions prior to treatment
• Two Private Breathwork Sessions prior to treatment
• Six Group Integration Calls prior to treatment
• One Pre-journey Integration Call with your journey group

Post Treatment Support

We’re here to support your post-treatment integration, providing you with continued coaching, breathwork, integration calls, and information. If further treatment is required our team will evaluate and support that process.
